Cards from the past few days

I did manage to make up a few more cards and a gift card holder.  These 2 cards are made with Old World Christmas papers from 2008 Club Scrap Kit, the snowflakes are from this year's Joyful kit.

This card uses papers from Old World Christmas kit from Club Scrap (08) and the stamp is from an 06 kit called Groovy Christmas.  I didn't like it once I stamped it, so I took it and spritzed with water, crumpled and then used some distress inks from Ranger to make it look "aged".

This is the gift card holder card I made using the "Petite 4" Technique from the lastest issue of Technique Junkies newsletter.  Papers are miscellaneous papers in my stash and the JOY stamp is from Club Scrap's 2009 Joyful kit.  I made a gift card holder with the red paper and taped to the inside center of the card.

I will probably be making more of the gift card holders tomorrow.
Thanks

What I'm up To

I've been taking a short break from making cards.  Hoping to finish up some last minute things on the Christmas Cards I've been working on and get them mailed out.  I've also been rearranging some of my crafting area in our motorhome, if you don't think that's a challenge........let me know and you can come help me :-)  Those that know me, will agree that I'm not afraid of a challenge.
We are spending this winter in Arizona and the last few days have been a bit chilly, but my family and friends in Minnesota and Kansas have it a lot worse than we do here.  At least we aren't in Northern Mountains area of Arizona.  We had some nasty high winds and lo 50's for highs the past couple of days.  The sun did come out today and the wind was very calm, but temps still below normal.

For some of you that are my crafting friends, Beth is having giving away some great "blog candy" over on her site.  If you want to check it out.  Go over to Nana's Memories & More  - listed over in the "Blogs I follow area" of my blog on the right hand side to see what she's been up to lately.

Have a great week.
Hugs to all
Diana

More cards for the sale

I will be very Thankful when the Craft Sale and Bake sale are completed this Saturday and hope I sell a lot of cards.

These are some more of the cards I've been making.

Happy Thanksgiving

Jerry and I want to wish all of you a Very Happy Thanksgiving.  We pray for safe travel if you are on the highways and byways.  Hope you are all well.

We will be enjoying a wonderful dinner this afternoon with 84 other folks here at the RV Resort.  I'm making pumpkin pies and thankful for all my friends.

Another Christmas Card for today

I used various reds from my stash, ran a couple through my cuttlebug embossing folders and highlighted with white inks.  The candy piece is one of the unmounted stamps in the Joyful Christmas kit that Club Scrap just issued.  I stamped it, embossed and wrapped in saran wrap and some red ribbons.  These cards are fun to do and I'm getting ready to make some more backgrounds for more cards.

More Cards

I'm still trying to get more cards made up for the Craft Sale that will be held next Sat.  Here are some I made using the Herringbone Technique.  All of the papers are from various kits of Club Scrap Papers that I have in my stash.  Flowers are from various companies that I have in my stash.

And some others that I did using my Cuttlebug Embossing Folders and various stamps and papers from my stash.
