Try This Techique - Graffiti
This week we have chosen Craffiti from Dec 04 newsletter. This was rather fun to do and I decided to start working on my Christmas cards ahead of time. I used a variety of Christmas greeting stamps that I have in my ever growing stamp supply. I didn't have the "Inkworx Tool" and I improvised with a stiff toothbrush and ink.
Watch for other cards this week and don't forget to check out Beth's blog at http://www.sunflowers-dragonflies.ca/blog/ to see what she did and add your card to Mr. Blinky for the contest and sale at Technique Junkies.
Thanks for stopping by and I hope to see you later :)

Technique Junkies Try that Technique Thursday
Beth and I chose the Modern Arts Background from April 05 Newsletter for this weeks challenge. I did some playing around with this technique - which uses a brayer and glossy cardstock. I never do well with brayers, but the technique was fun to do. I have 2 cards that I'm posting this morning. All the papers are from Club Scrap - the first card uses a sentiment stamp from Club Scrap and flower from stash. Ribbon is also from my stash. The 2nd card has a HB greeting from Club Scrap and the metal flower brads are from Stampin Up.
If you aren't a member of Technique Junkies, be sure to check out http://patstamps.com/ to learn about this great way to learn new techniques and let them know that Diana sent you. I hope you'll also check out Beth Norman's Blog to see the great card she created. I hope you like this weekly challenge and decide to join in on the fun. Beth will give out information on how to link up with Technique Junkies with your creation.
Thanks and we'll see you the next time you visit. Please don't forget to leave me a note about your visit :)
