Technique Junkies - Try that Technique Thursday

I'm a day late in posting this - took me a while to figure out the instructions on this card....it's from the June 08 Issue of Technique Junkies.....an Online bonus card........

I've been doing these weekly challenges with Beth Norman for quite a while.....check out her blog for a way to enter the weekly challenge and win a fun prize

Club Scrap PSL Summer Camp

Club Scrap kicked off the 1st week of a 5 week "summer Camp program - this is a really fun event in which we all sign up for certain cabins - i.e. Bass, Trout, Sturgeon.....etc all relating to Cards, Scrapbooking or Digi.......I am in 2 cabins......the Bass Cabin which is a Card cabin and the Sturgeon Cabin which is a Digital Scrapping cabin.......the idea for the Card making and Scrapbooking Cabins is to use up our stash......it's a challenge and the Cabin with the most entries in each category wins some awesome prizes from Club Scrap.

This week the Technique Junkies challenge that Beth and I chose is the "Brazen Brilliance" technique from the April 04 issue.  Papers are from Club Scrap - stamps are from Firecracker Designs.

Card of the Day for Wednesday

I was a bit late on this card, but did get it posted to the forum late last night.  Papers are from Club Scrap the dark papers are from the Michael Strong paisley and the light color is from an 06 Paisley kit from Club Scrap.

Card of the Day for tuesda

This is the card I did for the Michael Strong yahoo group today - I used papers from the Common Threads Club Scrap kit, fiber was from that same kit.  Stamp of course is from Michael Strong and embossed with white zing.  Pearl buttons are from Stampin Up.....

Card of the Day

I'm filling in this week by doing the Card of the Day on the yahoo group for Michael Strong.  On this card I used all papers from a Michael Strong designed Paisley paper kit through Club Scrap.  The flower and heart stamps are also Michael Strong and the text stamps are from Club Scrap.  I hope you enjoy this card :)
