I also made another card - this one uses stamps that I purchased from River City Rubber Works, in Haysville, KS - just south of Wichita.  I met these gals about 4 years ago and have never posted one of their images until now.  Dana and her friend Mary and their families design and make a great variety of rubber stamps, both mounted and unmounted as well as digital images.  They have been known to use family and friends as models, and the images on this card were the grandparents of Dana.  I used a "Faux Paneling" technique from Technique Junkies.as the background for this card, papers are from Club Scrap .  I also used my Nestabilities die for the oval shape.

I will be making some more cards using some of their great stamps in the future.

Thanks for stopping by.......

Hi Diana, came here from Sunflowers & Drangonflies and not sorry I did. I love what you are doing! I think you are the Herringbone technique queen. I love it and it is a definite have to try. My Mom does quilting and she will be so chuffed to receive such a card. Will be back for some more eye-candy.
