Club Scrap Arts and Crafts Kit

I just had to cut into this paper and make a couple of cards.
Thanks for looking.  We're getting ready to leave Colorado in the next few days so I won't be doing much creating for a few days.

More cards from this week

I have been participating in the Michael Strong Yahoo group for about a year now and volunteered to do the "card of the day" for this week........I'm attaching more of the cards I did.  I post one on the Try that Technique Thursday post and here are the ones I did for Mon - Wed.

Hope you enjoy. - all of the papers are from Club Scrap.  This first card uses a background that Michael Strong shared called "Tie Dye"......you use baby wipes and pigment inks.  The flowers are from his Cloisone collection, the fiber and beads are from our stash.

This card uses a "frame in frame" technique using the framed stamp from Michael Strong.
and this last card uses the Cloisone Accent stamps from Michael Strong and the greeting stamp from Club Scrap.

I hope you enjoy.

Hope you all enjoy
I also did another Cuttlebug card for the Michael Strong group using the Hummingbird from Michael Strong Stamps.  Paper and sentiment from Club Scrap.

I hope you enjoyed this.  Don't forget to hop over to Beth's Blog to see what she has created.

Try that Technique Thursday - Fossil Stone - April 06

Beth and I chose the Fossil Stone from April 06 newsletter for this week's "Try That Technique Thursday" challenge.

All of the paper is from Club Scrap - as well as the stamped image.  Ribbon from Stash.  I used Stampabilities Cranberry, Olive and French Blue dye inks on this.....and ran a layer of paper through my cuttlebug with the new Brick Wall embossing folder from Tim Holtz.

Be sure to check out Beth's take on this on her blog.    Thanks for stopping by.

Jerry and I took a 3 day motorcycle ride to celebrate our anniversary this week and I will be posting some pics from the trip soon.
